SHIPPING POLICY
At Access Essential Skincare, each order is prepared with care to ensure quality and freshness.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Our estimated delivery times are: Standard Shipping is 3–7 business days.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues that are outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Access Essential Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
For safety reasons, Access Essential Skincare products cannot be returned, except in cases of product defect or damage upon receipt.
Gift cards, clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Any refunds issued will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the eligible returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return for a damaged products, please contact us at customercare@accessessntialskincare.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
